Wholesale Terms & Conditions

When placing an order with MoST-Blankets, you agree to the following terms and conditions:

1.  General
   Buyer must provide a valid resale certificate or business license.
   Buyer agrees to purchase for resale only, not for personal use.

2. Minimum Order Requirement
   Wholesale pricing applies only to orders meeting the minimum order requirement of €200.
   Orders below the minimum will be charged at retail prices.

3. Pricing & Currency
   All prices are quoted in €, exclusive of VAT.
   Prices are subject to change without prior notice.
   Quotes are valid for 14 days unless otherwise stated.

4. Payment Terms
   All orders must be paid in full prior to shipment, unless otherwise agreed in writing.
   Accepted payment methods: bank transfer, credit card, PayPal,IDEAL.
   Orders will not be processed or shipped until payment is received and confirmed.

5. Shipping & Delivery
   Orders are shipped via PostNL, DHL, UPS or DPD, unless otherwise arranged.
   Shipping costs and import duties (if applicable) are the responsibility of the buyer.
   Estimated dispatch time: 1–3 business days after payment confirmation.
   The seller is not liable for delays caused by the carrier or customs clearance.

6. Returns & Claims
   Wholesale orders are non-returnable and non-refundable, except in cases of defective products or order errors attributable to the seller.
   Claims for defective or incorrect items must be submitted in writing within 7 days of delivery.
   Approved returns must be shipped back in original packaging and condition.

7. Product Disclaimer
   Product descriptions and images are provided for reference; slight variations in color, texture, or size may occur.
   The seller makes no guarantee that products will exactly match website images due to screen display differences.

8.  Confidentiality & Data Protection
   All customer information is treated as strictly confidential and used solely for order fulfillment.
   We do not share client information with third parties, except as required for logistics and payment processing.

9. Governing Law
   These terms and conditions are governed by the laws of The Netherlands
   Any disputes shall be resolved in the competent courts of The Netherlands.
