Terms and conditions
These general terms and conditions and their content can be changed by MOST at any time. MOST is not liable for damages resulting from errors on the website. No rights can be derived from inadmissible price information. Offers are only valid while stocks last and during the specified period.
Orders
By placing an order, the buyer agrees to the General Terms and Conditions of MOST.
The price
During the period of validity specified in the offer, the prices for the products offered will not be increased. Sales tax is included in the prices stated in the online shop. However buyers outside the European Union don’t have to pay VAT in The Netherlands. The VAT on the delivered items will then be deducted from the invoice amount.
Delivery
MOST takes the utmost care in receiving and executing product orders. The place of delivery is the address that the buyer has given to MOST. The goods are delivered in accordance with the legal provisions for distance selling applicable in the Netherlands. MOST is not liable for any damage you may incur as a result of the order being delivered to an incorrect address given by the customer. You must therefore always give MOST your correct address and notify changes in time.
Payment
We support the following payment methods:

* Apple Pay
* Payment in advance by transfer of the invoice amount to (IBAN) NL04RABO0112220932, account holder MoST.
We do not charge you a payment fee.
All our payments are processed by MOLLIE, a payment service provider that offers secure online transactions.
Security when paying
If you decide to make an electronic payment, this payment will be made through an external and certified company. In order to guarantee the security of the ordering process, all data, including name, address and bank details, are stored in encrypted form on a secure server. In this way, all bank and address information in the MOST ordering system is secured. We ensure your information is stored securely by using Secure Socket Layers (SSL), an advanced internet security system to protect your information.
Data protection
All personal data are used exclusively by MOST and are not passed on to third parties, except when this is necessary for the delivery of goods and payment transactions.

Cancellation
You can cancel an order that has been placed within 24 hours of placing the order, provided that the order has not yet been dispatched. You can notify us of such a cancellation by e-mail.
Return
If you are not satisfied with your purchase (or any part of it), you have the right to return the products to MOST within 30 days after delivery. Returns will only be accepted in this case if the items are returned in their original packaging and unused. Of course, you can take the item out of the packaging to look at it. You can send your return with sufficient postage to the following address: MoST De Hanze 6, 6049 HZ Herten The Netherlands. After receipt of the return, the amount you have paid will be paid out within 7 working days.
